- What are acceptable items to share for posting to the site?
Acceptable items include interesting and effective content that you feel would be of value to the workforce investment system and key partners, such as:
- Descriptions of best practices or outcomes of successful projects
- Examples of strategic partnerships between WIBs, government, employers, economic development, education and industry
- Templates, project plans, regional data, case studies, or project summaries
- Website addresses for relevant news and information, and more.
- Innovative WIB, state, and community college initiatives
- Regional and Local strategic initiatives targeted at growing and vital industries
- Educational programs and partnerships to prepare workers for careers in growing and vital industries
- Partnerships to effectively obtain, analyze, and use economic data for formulating plans and strategy
- Creative solutions for untapped labor pools
- Strategies for aligning One-Stop operations and services
- Outreach tools and templates used to target employers, job seekers, and more
- Descriptions of current initiatives, ideas, and strategies that assist unemployed and dislocated workers, including low income and hardest to serve

- What type of documents can I share?
You may submit almost any common file type* such as Microsoft Word documents, Adobe Acrobat PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, as well as website addresses (URLs).
- What is the maximum file size permitted for submission?
The maximum permitted file size for all shared documents is 20MB. All submissions must be reviewed and approved before they are shared with the Workforce3 One community.
- What happens during the document approval process?
During the document approval process, a Workforce3 One partner reviews submitted documents to ensure it is appropriate. If a document is reviewed and deemed acceptable, it is posted to the site. Documents will not be changed or edited by Workforce3 One.
