American Culinary Federation Education Foundation - US Army Apprenticeship Program Fact Sheet

The U.S. Army - American Culinary Federation partnership began in 2010 in an effort to raise the level of foodservice training opportunities available to U.S. soldiers. The program now has more than 500 soldiers currently enrolled in the program and operates in five pilot installations.
